Personal calling is the impetus for becoming a Level 5 church. While we might be able to mobilize people toward mission best in groups, it is as we help people move beyond a generic sense of calling, with their lives individually, that our groups begin to multiply.
This Exponential Pre-Conference opportunity will not only help you gain clarity in your own personal calling, but will also help you imagine what it might look like to build out a Level 5 culture where every believer has the possibility to grow into the dream that God has been having about their life since before they were even born.
